2. SCOPE & ACCEPTANCE OF GENERAL TERMS OF SALE

The purchase of products offered on the website www.salonseptiemeparis.com (hereafter the “Site”) is subject to these general terms of online sale (hereafter the “GTS”). Access to the Site and use of its content is made under the terms of use described below. Accessing and browsing the Site constitutes unconditional acceptance of the following points by the internet user (hereafter the “Users”).

Salon Septième Paris products (hereafter the “Products”) are exclusively intended to be sold to end consumers, natural persons or legal entities acting as end customers, excluding all resellers or intermediaries acting on behalf of resellers (hereafter the “Customer”). Consequently, the Customer represents that they are acting as end consumer and have no intention of reselling the Products for commercial purpose. Salon Septième Paris strives, to the best of its ability, to provide accurate and up-to-date information on the Site, and reserves the right to change the content at any time and without prior notice. However, Salon Septième Paris cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or correctness of the information provided on the Site.

3. TERMS OF THE ORDER

Any order placed on the Site shall imply express acceptance of the GTS and acceptance of the prices and Products available for sale on the Site.

3.1 Order Process

The Customer must follow the steps below to place an order:

Product Selection – The Customer selects the desired Product.
Basket Review – The Customer reviews and may modify their selection.
Identification – The Customer completes the required information fields.
Order Confirmation – The Customer verifies details and confirms acceptance of the GTS.
Order Receipt – An email is sent confirming the order and delivery details.

3.2 Confirmation of shipping of the order

The Customer receives an e-mail summarizing the content of the Customer’s order and confirming the dispatch of the same. The contract is deemed to have been concluded on the date on which this e-mail is sent.

3.3 Tracking of the order

A carrier tracking number is provided to the Customer when the order has been shipped. If the Customer wants to obtain information concerning the progress of their order, they may log onto the website of the carrier chosen by Salon Septième Paris and follow the transport of the parcel live. The Customer furthermore receives information by e-mail concerning the different stages of the processing and preparation process of their order until it is shipped.

3.4 Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of order confirmation. Accepted payment methods include major credit cards through the Site. All prices are listed in euros (for international orders) or US Dollars for orders placed within the United States. Applicable taxes are applied to the order upon checkout and depend on the shipping destination. Salon Septième Paris reserves the right to cancel any order in case of non-payment, suspected fraud, or other payment-related issues.

3.5 Shipping and Returns

Products purchased on the Site are shipped to the delivery address provided by the Customer at checkout. Estimated delivery timelines and shipping methods vary depending on the destination. Shipping, customs, and return postage are included in the product price unless otherwise noted.

Customers may return or exchange Products within 30 days of receipt, subject to eligibility and condition requirements. Altered or personalized items are final sale and not eligible for return.

3.6 ALTERATIONS OF PRODUCTS

Salon Septième Paris offers simple alterations for purchased Products, as listed below. Alterations that change the design or structure of the garment are not included and will be the Customer’s responsibility. We may recommend trusted specialists for more extensive tailoring. All altered products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

The following simple alterations are included:

Shortening the hem of pants
Shortening the hem of dresses
Shortening the hem of skirts
Shortening the straps on slip dresses

Any alterations beyond these are not included in the price of the Product.

4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY & FORCE MAJEURE

Salon Septième Paris shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Site or Products.

Salon Septième Paris shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to strikes, natural disasters, war, supply chain disruptions, or governmental actions.

5. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the customer is domiciled at the time of purchase—either France or the United States.

For purchases made from within France or the European Union, these Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France. Any disputes arising in relation to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France.

For purchases made from within the United States, these Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York.

Notwithstanding the above, Salon Septième Paris reserves the right to bring proceedings in the courts of the Customer’s place of residence.

6. USER CONDUCT

Users agree not to use the Site for unlawful purposes, transmit viruses, or attempt to access restricted areas. Misuse may result in account suspension or legal action.

7. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS

Salon Septième Paris reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be published on this page, and continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

8. PRIVACY POLICY SUMMARY

No part of the Site—including software, visuals, or sound—may be used, reproduced, distributed, or published, in whole or in part, without prior written permission from Salon Septième Paris.

The creation of simple links or hyperlinks to the Site is subject to Salon Septième Paris’s prior written consent, which can be revoked at any time.
