Return & Shipping
Shipping, Customs and Returns are included in the price and will all be taken care of by Salon Septième.
You have 30days from the reception of your order to return your product(s). Returns outside this timeframe may be accepted at our discretion. To return your product please send us an email at: firstname.lastname@example.org
You can have an exchange, refund or refund in store credit
Please fill out the form sent to you by email. Once we receive the form, we will then send you an email with your return slip and instructions.
You may exchange an item for another item of lesser, equal or greater value subject to the conditions below.We will send your new product within 10 days after receiving the shipment. You will not be charged with shipping fees. If you exchange an item for an item of lesser value: We will give you store credit with the difference. If you exchange an item for an item of greater value: You will be charge with the difference.
A full refund can be issued within 15 days following the return. Refund will only be issued if it follows the condition stated below. Refunds may only be issued in the same form as was utilised for payment.
3. REFUND WITH STORE CREDIT:
The full price of your order will be transferred into store credit. You will have a code to use them in our e-shop or in our Salon: 52 rue de Bourgogne 75007 Paris Your store Credit will be available for 1 year.
4. CONDITIONS OF RETURN:
4.1. Articles must be returned to us unused and with the original tags and labels. Merchandise that has been worn, used, altered or damaged will not be accepted. If these conditions are not met the article will be sent back to you.
4.2. If a customer makes repeated returns in a short number of time, it will be at our discretion to refuse future orders.
4.3. Faulty Goods:
4.3.1. Goods are classified as faulty if they are not of satisfactory quality. Please note that items which are damaged or as a result of normal wear and tear; by accident; or through misuse will not be considered faulty.
4.3.2. If your item is faulty when you receive it, you can return it for a refund within 30 days from the date you received it. If you have owned your item for longer than this, and certainly over 6 months, then please contact us at email@example.com
4.4. A product ordered on the Website that has been personalised cannot be returned for exchange or refund.
