SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping, customs fees and return postage are included in the price and will be covered by Salon Septième. For international orders, returns are only covered within the country where the product was purchased.

Tracking will be digitally provided to the customer within 5 days of placing the order.

RETURN POLICY


You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to return or exchange your product(s). Returns outside this timeframe may be accepted at our discretion. To return your product please send an email to bonjour@salon-septieme.com requesting the return you would like to process (exchange, refund, or store credit).

For eligible returns, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label or arrange a courier service, depending on your location. Please follow the instructions above to ensure your return is processed smoothly.

Products are only eligible for return within the country where they were originally purchased and received. Eligible products must meet the conditions stated below.

1. EXCHANGE:

You may exchange an item for another of equal, lesser, or greater value, subject to the conditions below. We will ship your new product within 10 days of receiving the returned item. If the replacement item is of lesser value, we will issue store credit for the difference, valid for one year. If the replacement item is of greater value, you will receive an invoice for the price difference.


2. REFUND:

A full refund can be issued within 15 days following the return. Refund will only be issued if all return conditions are met. Refunds may only be issued in the same payment used for the original purchase.


3. STORE CREDIT:

The full price of your order will be transferred into store credit. You will receive a code that can be used online or in person, depending on your location. Your store credit will be available for 1 year of receipt.


4. CONDITIONS OF RETURN:

Articles must be returned unused and with the original tags and labels. Merchandise that has been worn, used, altered or damaged will not be accepted. Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

Products ordered on the website that have been personalized or altered cannot be returned for exchange or refund. All personalized/altered products are final sale.

We provide a prepaid return shipping label or arrange courier collection for eligible returns. Customers are required to use the provided return method to ensure proper tracking and delivery.

If a customer makes repeated returns within a short period, it will be at our discretion to refuse future orders and returns.
 

FAULTY GOODS:


Goods are classified as faulty if they are not of satisfactory quality. Please note that items which are damaged because of normal wear and tear, by accident, or through misuse/mishandling will not be considered faulty.

If your item is faulty upon delivery, you may return it for a refund within 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed, please contact us at bonjour@salon-septieme.com with the details of the products and issue including images of the fault.
